Food Drop off at MARIA's TAQUERIA on 108 E. German St in Shepherdstown.
NOVEMBER 11th from 3-4:30 p.m. No drop-offs can be accepted after 4:30 p.m. IJCWV works with several food banks in Jefferson County. The donations from this drive will specifically go to Shepherdstown Shares Food Bank in Shepherdstown; which needs our help to stay stocked. Please bring canned or dry goods. **Important:** Please double-check that all donated items are not expired. Needed items are listed on the pdf form. Hang out with us for a while at Maria's. Enjoy some fabulous food! |

OUR MISSION STATEMENT
WHO ARE WE? Indivisible Jefferson County WV is a chapter of the national Indivisible Project. We are a locally led, people-powered movement. We are totally made up of volunteers. We are non-partisan and pro-American, and we welcome people of all political persuasions to join us.
We strive to coordinate with other local organizations that share our values and promote the ideals for which we stand. We also demonstrate our commitment to our Jefferson County community with volunteer work and by organizing food drives to support local food banks WHAT DO WE BELIEVE? It is important that we help to elect progressive leaders and to realize bold progressive policies. It is important that West Virginians who rely on Medicare, Medicaid, and SNAP are supported. Tax breaks for the 1%, to the detriment of the majority of West Virginians is intolerable. Those who wish to lead us must be strong in supporting women’s rights, and rights of all West Virginians. Inappropriate behavior towards women, people of color, immigrants, marginalized groups and members of the LGBTQ+ community will not be tolerated. WHAT IS IMPORTANT? A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We commit to being peaceful at all events, and we expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.
